In short

How can I automatically alert staff when clinic supplies run low?

WebRun opens your supply inventory spreadsheet every morning, compares each item's current stock against its reorder threshold, drafts an alert email to the office manager, and posts a low-stock summary to Slack - so clinical supplies are replenished before a shortage disrupts patient care.

  • Low-stock items flagged before they run out
  • Office manager receives a prioritised restock list every morning
  • No mid-clinic supply shortages caused by missed reorders

Questions, answered

Will it place supply orders automatically?

No. WebRun alerts and drafts - a human places every order. It never purchases on your behalf.

How do I set the reorder threshold for each item?

Add a 'Reorder At' column to your inventory sheet and fill in the minimum quantity for each item. WebRun reads that column directly - no configuration needed in the app.

Can it track multiple locations or storage rooms?

Yes. Add a Location column to your sheet and WebRun will group the alert by room or site so staff know exactly where the shortage is.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
