Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens slack.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Practice management - pull today's full schedule
    • Open the scheduler and pull all confirmed appointments for today
    • Group appointments by provider and sort by time
    • Flag any double-bookings, gaps longer than 45 minutes, or patients with a balance-due alert

Done when A structured schedule summary grouped by provider is ready.

  3. 2
Slack - post daily digest to staff
    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: post daily digest to staff
WebRun opens Slack to post daily digest to staff.
    • Post the day-sheet to the all-staff or front-desk Slack channel
    • Include total appointment count, any flagged issues, and the first available open slot in case of walk-ins
    • Pin the message so it stays at the top of the channel for the day

Done when Every team member has today's schedule in Slack before the clinic opens.

Questions, answered

Does it update through the day as appointments change?

The digest runs once each morning. For live updates you can set WebRun to run more frequently - just pick a shorter interval when you set up the schedule.

Can different providers get their own private digest?

Yes. Point WebRun at a per-provider Slack channel or DM and it will filter the schedule to that provider's appointments only.

Will it include patient contact details in the Slack message?

By default it shows only names and appointment times. You control exactly what fields appear - contact details can be included or excluded to match your privacy comfort level.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
