Automated Auto Lending Dealer Covenant Tracker
Every Monday, WebRun opens the Dealer Covenant tracker in Google Sheets, pulls the latest dealer performance metrics from RouteOne such as funded volume and delinquency rate, compares each metric against the required covenant threshold, and posts a prioritized breach-risk alert to your Slack credit team channel.
How do I automatically track dealer covenant conditions and flag breach risks each week?
Every Monday, WebRun reads your dealer covenant thresholds from Google Sheets, pulls current performance metrics from RouteOne for each dealer, and calculates the variance against every condition. Dealers approaching or in breach of a covenant are surfaced in a Slack alert to your credit team so action is taken before a formal breach occurs.
- Covenant breach risks are surfaced the week before they become formal violations
- The credit team has a complete dealer-by-dealer covenant status in Slack every Monday without a manual spreadsheet pull
- At-risk dealers are ranked by severity so the most urgent relationships are addressed first

Questions, answered
Will it notify the dealer about a covenant breach automatically?
No. WebRun posts only an internal Slack alert to your credit team. Any communication with the dealer about a covenant condition is made by a relationship manager after reviewing the alert.
Where do I store the covenant thresholds for each dealer?
You maintain the covenant schedule in a designated Google Sheet, with one row per dealer and columns for each condition and threshold. WebRun reads from that sheet each week and you update it whenever terms change.
Can it track covenants with quarterly measurement periods, not just weekly?
Yes. You configure the measurement period for each covenant condition in the Google Sheet, and WebRun only triggers a comparison for conditions whose measurement window falls within the current week.
