Automated RouteOne Contract-in-Transit Tracking
Every morning, WebRun opens RouteOne, finds every eContract or paper contract still marked in transit, flags those past your acceptable transit window, logs all of them to a Google Sheet, and posts a prioritized alert to your Slack funding channel.
How do I automatically track contracts in transit in RouteOne?
WebRun opens RouteOne every morning, finds every contract still marked in transit, and ages each one against your SLA window. Overdue contracts are flagged and logged to a Google Sheet, then a prioritized Slack alert lands in your funding channel so the team can follow up before a deal goes missing.
- Overdue in-transit contracts are flagged within 24 hours of missing the SLA
- The funding team opens Slack to a prioritized list every morning, not a manual spreadsheet check
- Received contracts are archived automatically so the alert stays clean

1
RouteOne - find contracts still in transit

- Update the transit day count and flag the row red if past SLA
- Archive rows when RouteOne shows the contract as received
Done when The sheet reflects the current in-transit list with accurate aging for every deal.
-
3
Slack - post prioritized alert to funding channel
WebRun opens Slack to post prioritized alert to funding channel. - Post a message to the funding channel listing overdue contracts first, ordered by days in transit
- Include the deal number, dealer name, and number of days overdue for each flagged item

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it contact the dealer when a contract goes overdue?
No. WebRun only posts an internal Slack alert to your funding team. Any follow-up with the dealer is made by a human after reviewing the alert.
How does it know what my SLA window is?
You set your transit SLA in the setup step (for example, 5 business days), and WebRun flags any contract that has exceeded that threshold each morning.
What happens when a contract is marked received in RouteOne?
It reads the live contract status each run and automatically archives the row in the Google Sheet, so the alert only ever shows contracts that are genuinely still in transit.
