No. Your team records the grading or transfer in Farm360. WebRun reads that event, updates the Google Sheets cage register, and posts an internal summary, so it never alters the source record on its own.
How does it keep cage counts accurate?
It subtracts the moved count and biomass from the source cage and adds them to the destination cage in the register, so both cages reconcile immediately after every grading or transfer.
Is the summary shared outside the farm?
No. The movement summary goes to your internal Telegram chat for the farm team only. Nothing about the transfer is sent to a buyer, hauler, or anyone outside.
