What determines a review frequency for each customer?
Review frequency is set by risk tier in Unit21: high-risk entities are typically screened more frequently than standard or low-risk customers. WebRun uses whatever schedule you have configured in Unit21.
Does it perform the sanctions screening itself?
No. Screening is done inside Unit21 against OFAC, PEP, and adverse media lists. WebRun reads the last screening date and routes the reminder to the analyst who will perform the review.
What if an analyst is on leave?
The review also appears in the team channel digest so a colleague can pick it up. You can update the analyst assignment in the Google Sheets calendar and the next run will route to the new assignee.
