Automated AML Regulatory Filing Deadline Reminders

Every Monday, WebRun checks Google Calendar for AML regulatory filing deadlines in the coming two weeks, reads the associated filing type and requirements from your reference data in Unit21, drafts a reminder notice in Gmail for the responsible compliance officer, and queues it as a draft for human review before it is sent to anyone.

In short

How do I automatically draft regulatory filing reminders before AML deadlines?

WebRun checks your Google Calendar every Monday for AML regulatory filing deadlines in the next two weeks, confirms the at-risk case count in Unit21, and drafts a deadline reminder in Gmail for the responsible compliance officer. Every draft is held for a compliance manager to review and send, so no filing reminder goes out without a human in the loop.

  • Upcoming SAR and CTR deadlines are on the responsible officer's radar two weeks in advance
  • At-risk case counts are visible in the reminder so officers know exactly how much work remains
  • No filing deadline reminder is sent without a compliance manager reviewing it first

Questions, answered

Will it send the reminder email to the compliance officer automatically?

No. Every reminder is drafted in Gmail and held for a compliance manager to review and approve before sending. Regulated filing reminders are never sent without a human sign-off.

How does it know which filing types are coming up?

It reads events from your Compliance Filing Calendar in Google Calendar. You set up the calendar once with your recurring filing deadlines, and WebRun reads it each Monday.

What if the filing has already been submitted?

If Unit21 shows zero cases in Ready for Filing status for that filing type, WebRun notes it in the draft so the manager can verify whether the filing is complete before deciding whether to send the reminder.
