In short

How do I automatically find and track unbilled ABA therapy sessions?

WebRun opens CentralReach every morning and finds every session that has been delivered and documented but not yet billed. It logs each one to a Google Sheet sorted by session date, then alerts your billing team in Slack with the total count and a payer-by-payer breakdown, so the team can clear the backlog before timely filing windows close.

  • Billing team starts every day with a complete unbilled session count and payer breakdown
  • Sessions approaching timely filing deadlines are surfaced at the top of the worklist
  • Sessions billed after the morning run drop off the next day's list automatically

Questions, answered

Will it submit claims to payers automatically?

No. WebRun only builds the worklist and alerts your billing team. All claim submission is done by your billers after reviewing the list.

How does it know a session is unbilled rather than intentionally on hold?

It reads the billing status field in CentralReach. Sessions explicitly placed on hold or marked as disputed are excluded. Only those in a delivered or note-complete state without a submitted claim are included.

What if a session gets billed after the morning run?

Each morning run pulls live data from CentralReach, so any session billed before the next run will no longer appear in the following day's worklist.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
