In short

How do I make sure missed Aircall calls get followed up?

WebRun checks Aircall every 30 minutes for missed calls with no callback yet, opens a Trello card with the caller and extension details, and sends an internal WhatsApp nudge to the assigned rep, so missed calls get chased down before the lead goes cold or the caller tries a competitor.

  • No missed call sits without an owner for more than 30 minutes
  • Reps get an internal nudge instead of discovering it later
  • Callers who already got a callback are skipped automatically

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Questions, answered

Will WebRun text the person who called?

No. It only creates an internal Trello card and pings your rep on WhatsApp. The caller is never contacted directly by WebRun.

How does it know a call still needs a callback?

It checks the Aircall call log for an outbound call back to that number. If none exists after 30 minutes, the card is created.

What happens once the rep calls back?

The next run sees the callback logged in Aircall and skips that card, so the worklist only ever shows calls that are genuinely still open.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
