Get alerted before your VoIP.ms prepaid balance runs out

Every morning, WebRun checks the VoIP.ms account balance, logs it as a row in a Google Sheets balance history tracker, and posts an alert note to Notion once the balance drops below your set threshold, so outbound calling never stops because a prepaid balance quietly ran out.

Questions, answered

Does WebRun top up the balance itself?

No. It only reads the current balance and reports on it. Adding funds to the VoIP.ms account is done by your team, WebRun just makes sure you notice before it runs out.

What counts as the low balance threshold?

Whatever amount you set as your comfort minimum, based on typical daily usage. Only a balance below that number triggers the Notion alert note.

Why keep a balance history if the account is prepaid?

So a pattern of unusually fast draining, which can signal unexpected call volume or an issue, is visible in the Sheets trend rather than only ever seeing today's number.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
