Automated Wix Store Low Stock Alerts
Every morning, WebRun opens your Wix store dashboard, checks inventory for every product against its reorder threshold, posts the full low-stock list to Slack for the team, and sends a separate Telegram ping for any product that's already hit zero so a stockout gets noticed the same day it happens.
How do I get alerted when a Wix store product is low or out of stock?
WebRun checks your Wix store's inventory every morning against each product's reorder threshold, posts the full low-stock list to Slack, and sends a separate Telegram ping for any product that's already hit zero. A stockout gets noticed the same day it happens, not whenever a customer tries to buy it.
- Low stock is flagged every morning before it becomes a stockout
- Zero-stock products get an instant ping instead of waiting for the daily list
- Team never has to check inventory levels by hand
Built for Wix store owners · small ecommerce businesses · boutique online retailers · solo store operators

Questions, answered
Will it reorder stock automatically?
No. WebRun only reports what's low or out. Reordering inventory is still a decision your team makes.
What counts as low stock?
Any product at or below the reorder threshold you've set for it. Products above threshold never make the list.
Why does zero stock get its own alert?
A product at zero can still show as available if you haven't paused it, so it gets a separate Telegram ping to catch it fast, on top of the daily Slack list.
