Automated Zwift Club Ride Leaderboard
Every Monday, WebRun opens the club's Zwift activity feed, totals last week's distance and elevation per member, posts a ranked leaderboard to Telegram, and sends a Twilio text reminder to anyone with zero logged rides that week.
How do I automate a weekly Zwift club leaderboard and rider reminders?
WebRun pulls last week's rides from your Zwift club every Monday, totals distance and elevation per member, and posts a ranked leaderboard to Telegram with the top three riders highlighted. Members with zero logged rides get a friendly Twilio text reminder, so the club's weekly leaderboard runs without an organizer compiling it.
- The weekly leaderboard posts itself every Monday morning
- Inactive riders get a nudge before the week is over
- Club organizers stop compiling ride totals by hand

Questions, answered
Does it share anyone's exact location or route?
No. WebRun only reports the summary distance and elevation numbers members already see in the club feed. It doesn't share route maps or location data.
Will members get texted every week even if they ride?
No. The Twilio reminder only goes to members with zero logged rides that week. Anyone who already rode isn't texted.
Can we change who's in the leaderboard?
Yes. It only ranks members of the connected Zwift club, so adding or removing someone from the club changes who's ranked.
