Automated Mixmax Unanswered Open Alerts

Every Monday, WebRun opens Mixmax, finds sent emails that have been opened multiple times over the last week without a reply, posts the full follow up list to Slack sorted by open count, and pings Telegram about the single email with the most opens and no reply, since repeated opens with silence is one of the strongest signals a rep can act on.

In short

How do I find emails that were opened repeatedly but never answered?

Every Monday, WebRun opens Mixmax and finds sent emails opened more than twice over the last week with no reply, noting the recipient and open count for each. It posts the full list to Slack and pings Telegram about the single most opened, unanswered email, so a prospect showing real interest through repeated opens gets a follow up instead of silence.

  • Strong interest signals get a follow up instead of going unnoticed
  • The team sees a ranked list every Monday, not a raw open count
  • Replied threads drop off automatically the following week

Questions, answered

Does it send a follow up email itself?

No. WebRun only reports which emails were opened repeatedly with no reply. Writing and sending any follow up is done by the rep.

Why does open count matter so much?

Because Mixmax tracks real opens on sent emails, so a recipient who opened the same email several times without replying is showing genuine, measurable interest, not a guess.

What if the recipient replied after being flagged?

It reads the live thread status each Monday, so once a reply is logged the email will not appear on the following week's list.

Put this on autopilot.
