Automated FullContact Contact Enrichment

Every night, WebRun scans your Airtable contact base for records missing a job title, company, or social profile, looks each one up in FullContact, writes back whatever fields it can confidently fill in, and logs a short summary of what was enriched and what is still missing to Notion.

In short

How do I automatically enrich incomplete CRM contact records?

WebRun scans your Airtable contact base every night for records missing a title, company, or social profile, and looks each one up in FullContact. It writes back only the fields that come back as a confident match, leaves a note on anything unmatched, and logs a summary to Notion so your contact data stays complete.

  • Incomplete contact records get filled in overnight without manual research
  • Only confident matches are written back, nothing is guessed
  • A Notion log shows exactly what was enriched each night

Questions, answered

Does it guess at missing information?

No. WebRun only writes back fields FullContact returns as a confident match on the contact's email. Anything uncertain is left blank and noted for manual research instead of guessed.

Will it overwrite information I already have?

No. It only fills in fields that are currently blank. Existing title, company, or profile data on a contact is never replaced.

How do I see what changed?

Every run logs a summary to Notion with the count enriched and the count still missing, so you can review the night's changes in one place.

Put this on autopilot.
