In short

How do I find and relist stale Mercari listings?

WebRun checks every active Mercari listing weekly, flags anything unsold for 30 days or more, logs each stale item with a suggested price drop to a Google Sheet, and emails the seller a reminder ranked by longest listed first. This keeps inventory from sitting stale without a periodic nudge to act.

  • Stale listings get a price-drop nudge instead of sitting forgotten
  • A ranked reminder lands every Monday morning
  • Sold items drop off the tracker automatically

Questions, answered

Will it change my listing prices automatically?

No. WebRun only suggests a price drop and logs it. Editing the actual listing price on Mercari is left for the seller to do.

How is the suggested price drop calculated?

It scales with how long the item has sat unsold, so a listing at 90 days gets a larger suggested drop than one just past the 30-day mark.

What happens once an item sells?

It only reads currently active listings each week, so anything sold since the last check drops off the tracker on its own.

Put this on autopilot.
