Automated Melio Bill Due Date Tracking

Every morning, WebRun opens Melio, finds bills due in the next 5 days, and writes them to a Google Sheet with the vendor, amount, and due date so nothing is paid late. For any bill due within 24 hours that is not yet scheduled, WebRun drafts a Gmail reminder to whoever approves payments, left for them to send.

Questions, answered

Will it pay a bill on its own?

No. WebRun only tracks due dates and drafts a reminder. Scheduling or approving a payment stays a decision made inside Melio.

Will it email anyone without me?

No. The same day reminder is drafted in Gmail and left for the payment approver to review and send, never sent automatically.

How does it know a bill is already scheduled?

It reads the live payment status in Melio each run, so a bill already scheduled will not trigger an unnecessary reminder.

Put this on autopilot.
